What does Shaka Labs do?

Shaka Labs is a software development and AI automation company. We design, build and run AI automations, workflow automation, custom software, web platforms, mobile apps and payment systems for organisations.

What kind of work can AI automation take off my team?

Repetitive work that follows a pattern: reading and extracting details from documents, answering routine customer questions, sorting and routing requests, capturing data between systems, and chasing approvals. We start with the tasks costing your team the most time.

Can you connect the systems we already use?

Yes. Workflow automation is mostly about connecting the tools you already have, such as email, spreadsheets, CRMs, accounting and booking systems, so information moves between them without anyone copying and pasting.

Do you build custom software and mobile apps?

Yes. We build custom web platforms, internal tools, customer portals and dashboards, plus iPhone and Android apps from one codebase, and we handle publishing to the App Store and Google Play.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on what you need. After a first conversation about your goals we send a clear, fixed-scope quote, so you know the cost before any work starts.

Do you work with organisations outside South Africa?
